IN SPLENDOR:
One-stop listing for all activity in [livejournal.com profile] splendorocity

OCTOBER 2010
• On the first day of arrival, Chey is part of a multitude of strangers mulling around a notice. He is spied by Mikado (15+), "Sakra who writes" (15+), Link (15+), and "Sakra with glass" (15+).
• Not long after, Chey is attacked by meets Ryohei, who volunteers to take him to 103 Aesop, Chey's new temp home. (6+)
• Activation of the seal begins with the sounds of the yellow beast.
• Chey finally enters his new home for the first time with help from Colette. She introduces him to several household items he's never seen before.
• Exploration of Wonderland continues in those early days. He reunites with Bhernnev, a fellow space traveler (15+), and meets Allen and Timcampi (15+); both encounters are unpleasant.
• Eventually, Chey winds up relaying his thoughts through the seal, drawing a great deal of attention to himself for his strangeness. He speaks to Prince Arthur (15+), Rika, Kida (15+ and also involving Christmas ghosts), Ryohei, Mikado, "Sakra with glass" (15+), Link (15+; involves the great Coconut Massacre), and Spada (15+).
• Not long after, Chey mistakes Alistair for a bad guy, and calls Ryohei for help.
• He displays cultural difficulties with Prince Arthur yet again, further cementing his alien...alien-ness (15+).
A stranger's post starts to add onto fears of imminent danger.
• As if that were an omen to be fulfilled, Chey winds up falling into the rainbow fountain, but is saved by Ahiru (15+)
• Fears persist, however, and he begins to believe he is in a zoo. He is trolled by Kefka, yelled at by Princess Mint (15+), and shares fears with Bhernnev.
• Bhernnev and Chey discover the Alpine District not long after - neither too thrilled by the whole snow situation (6+).
• Prompted by a promise of protection from Spada, Chey goes on a little adventure in the Metropolis District with him (6+).
• Soon, Chey comes to find Kefka's troll-threat of destruction was false, and speaks to Rubi (15+), "Sakra who writes" (15+), William, Spada (15+), and Allen (15+).
• Back at Aesop 103, Chey tries to deal with living with big people. It's not easy.
• He meets Roxas on another impromptu quest for an exit, blown around by the wind (+15).
• Once he makes it back to Wonderland, he begins work on drawing the line. Fakir stops by to investigate (+15).
• Joan tries to explain Halloween at one point, but it's not an easy concept to grasp.
• In fact, once Splendor redecorates itself, Chey has a minor meltdown. Trunks (15+), Chaptor, and Ahiru (15+) all try to console the little guy and keep him from hyperventilating to death.
• The rest of October is spent in hiding from all the hideous decorations.

NOVEMBER 2010
• With the horrors of Halloween over, Chey treks up one of the Alpine mountains, determined to find a way home and get away from all the crazy. He's rescued by Yosuke after getting lost and sick in the snow (6+).
• Once back in Wonderland, Chey gets back to work constructing his line. He is kind-of attacked by Tinkerbell (saved by Bambi) (15+), is run into by Decus (15+), Professor Layton, and Mordecai (15+). He is given advice by Yukari (15+) and chastised a little by Ryohei (15+), who then goes to take Chey to visit Kyoko.
Mikado makes note of possible future changes, much to Chey's dismay.
• He spends a great deal of November in anxious wait for the next horrible change which fails to show up, keeping to himself and working on his line.

DECEMBER 2010
• At this point, Chey's line is nearing a completion point. Several visitors pass by and observe his work: Fakir (15+), Bhernnev (15+), Kyoko (15+), Dawn (who mistakes him for a Pokémon to be caught), and Clare (15+).
• He attempts to converse with Castiel about being stuck in Splendor with little avail.
• While enjoying a brief, peaceful lunch, Chey gets scared and bullied by Dio because he's a jerkbot >:(
• A screaming Sanada can do nothing but draw a reaction out of him in effort to stop people from yelling all the dang time (15+).
• When a space traveller arrives, Chey can't help but being to prod and poke for a way back home again to little avail (15+).
• Once again set to wandering for a way out, Chey finds the zoo and reacts appropriately. Bambi, Spada, Bhernnev, Decus (15+), and Ryohei all react, with the last coming to take him away from all the cages to go eat and feel better (15+).
• Still on his cage-kick, Chey speaks to Eraqus, the first big person to say his whole name properly all at once (15+).
• Soon, a hideous new housemate awaits in Aesop 103. Chey is not having a good time of it.
• All dramas aside and ebbing to a degree, Chey takes time to eat and get used to the local NPCs. There he meets Natalia (15+), Ruka (15+), and Edel for the first time (15+). Ryohei stops by as well and a discussion of friendship and family is had and it's extremely moving; congrats, Ro-hey, you are Chey's official savior (15+).
• After a day of gaining big-people family, Chey has a night of reflection, becoming homesick all over again.
• THERE IS NO CHRISTMAS FOR ALIENS.

JANUARY 2011
• Kyoko disappears and sends Ryohei into a fit searching for her; the loudness, of course, is hard for Chey to ignore, and he reacts, and then they go have a picnic in the snow to chill the hell out (15+).
• Later, Chey talks to Fakir and discovers that Ahiru also disappeared, but returned! All without him realizing it. Huh. (15+)
• With that in mind, he tries to find out if others like him are in Splendor again. Junpei (15+), Natalia (15+), Nura (15+), Ryohei (15+), Ruka (15+), and Ahiru all respond, but there is no luck to be had in finding them. It's a mega-bummer.
• Then, not too long after, Bhernnev tries to have a reconciling with Chey that goes all wrong (15+). It ends with Bernie poisoned and dinky on the floor and Chey fleeing in panic.
• Worse, Chey's tiny body is not taking to the recent chill too well. His wailing incites responses from Tinkerbell, Makoto (15+), Ryohei (15+), and Souji; Nura wishes a Legionnaire ring for him to stay off the cold (15+), and Kino sticks around with the little guy (15+) until Natalia finds him and takes him to her clinic to be nursed back to health.
• So ends January, sick and unhappy.

FEBRUARY 2011
• As the new month begins, new arrivals come with. Chey meets Mickey Mouse, Milen (15+), and briefly speaks to Rapunzel during those early days (15+).
• As the short month progresses, Chey takes to wandering more freely, less sick and afraid as he was the month prior. He meets Professor Stein and earns himself a tutor (15+), bumps into Tavros' wheelchair and gains himself an awkward wishing-aide (15+), bumps into Junpei's leg and finally meets one more funny voice (15+).
• Bhernnev gets hold of him again and declares WE ARE OVER PROFESSIONALLY BECAUSE YOU SUCK and Chey naturally plays victim (15+).
• Chey meets Shin and scores another shoulder to ride (15+), meets Milen again and shares a little food (15+), and runs into Edel again and is taken to a market for more food (15+).
• He comes across Pongo and discovers another space comrade! And then sees Yuugi's hideous hair and is confused (15+).
• When Chey meets Nura, he gets a crash-course in practical wishing and conjures up a Legionnaire ring to give to Natalia as a thank-you present that he has yet to present (15+).
• Chey also sees Ruka and Natalia again, as well as meeting new people: Jade, Atoli, John (15+), and Kanonno.
• Those encounters all go relatively well for the most part, but Chey's not completely out of the woods; Lambo hunts him down (15+), catching Chey and giving himself a nasty rash for his trouble.
• The month ends with Chey emphatically reminding people he DOES NOT WANT TO STAY IN THIS PLACE OKAY.

MARCH 2011
• Chey discusses memory and record-keeping with Maka in light of more missing persons (15+). He then laments the crappy wishes system to Rapunzel, albeit briefly.
• Rather than whine about that forever aloud, Chey takes to the library, as he's been learning the common language with help from Stein (15+). He has further interaction with Pongo (15+), Nura, and Shin while studying it up (15+).
• STUDIES FOREVER, LEARNS THIS DAMN LANGUAGE.

APRIL 2011
• The bulk of April is spent hidden away in study, be it in the library or holed up outside of Aesop 103 by his line. Eventually, though, Chey takes a shot at talking like a normal person! He exchanges words with all kinds of people to various lengths: Milen (15+), Bambi (who apologizes for Tink's previous mistake, 15+), Ryohei (15+), John (15+), Nura, Makoto, Tavros (15+), Kanonno (15+), Vanille, Natalia, and Jade.
• As new voices sound off on the seals, Chey begins to make journeys out of Wonderland to seek out any possible new Klovodokaravi. During these trips, he meets Luke, has an impromptu drawing session with Rapunzel (15+), and meets and befriends Madoka (15+).
• Pickle Inspector's awkward first hello causes much anguish, more or less heralding the end of Chey's journeys to find his kin.
• So much for that.

MAY 2011
• May starts off hideously, with Ryohei growing a sentient beard that Chey mistakes for a murderous monster.
• Chey is at that point EXTREMELY convinced Ryohei is dead and goes off to grieve. After doing that, he falls into the rainbow fountain (again), but there is no one to pull him out that time. His panic poisons the water, giving grief and illness to many for a few days. Thankfully, Ryohei, unshaven, reveals to Chey that he is still alive and kickin' (15+), and Stein comes onto the scene to pump reason and rationale into the grieving alien.
• At this point, the dual effect of Chey's long-term presence and fervent wishing for pieces of home, the flora around Aesop 103 begins to warp to something more like his home; he now has his underground living space to retire to instead of the big building. As he continues working on modifying his line with his studies, Madoka helps him renovate (15+), and meets new faces: Washington (15+), Jast (15+), Leoben, and Tinkerbell.
• On a quiet evening, Chey's dreams are visited by Nura (ongoing). All the while, he's starting to discover the absences his more well-liked acquaintances are leaving...
